With us, you will be part of a wonderful team that supports each other and has fun together! We are about 70 colleagues at SEVR, of which about 15 work within Accounting. Here you will have the chance to grow, broaden your role, and truly make a difference for our customers.

We are looking for someone who, with your experience and confidence, will take on the role of a key person and lead growth while developing the organization together with us in the right direction.

As an accountant, you will be responsible for all or parts of the customer's accounting – but most importantly, you are their advisor. This means that you help them understand their figures, find new opportunities, and create sustainable financial strategies. Your job is therefore just as much about relationships and business development as it is about bookkeeping and reporting.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and monthly/year-end closings
• VAT and employer declarations
• Annual reports and tax returns
• Consulting and advising on financial matters
• Digitalization and development of internal processes

We mostly work from our office in Gothenburg or remotely, but when needed, also on-site with clients.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience as an accountant who is passionate about creating value for your clients. You are an advisor at heart and enjoy helping entrepreneurs understand their finances. It is a big plus if you have leadership qualities, but you do not need to have experience in a formal leadership role. Perhaps you have worked at another firm and are ready for the next step?

• Have a post-secondary education in finance
• Feel confident in your accounting skills and the relevant laws and regulations
• Have an interest in systems and enjoy finding smart solutions
• Are communicative, proactive, and initiative-taking
• Thrive in an environment where we help each other and have fun at work!
