About the role

As Group Accounting Manager, you will have overall responsibility for group accounting, financial reporting, internal control, transfer pricing, and management fee processes. You will ensure that the group's accounting complies with IFRS and external regulations and drive the development of internal guidelines and processes. You will work closely with the CFO and other key personnel within the organization to ensure that the group's financial reporting is accurate and efficient.

Your main responsibilities

• Support our subsidiaries in accounting matters and ensure accurate reporting.
• Responsible for group accounting, including consolidation and compliance with external requirements (IFRS), policies, and internal regulations.
• Development and implementation of Group Accounting and Reporting Guidelines.
• Preparation of the group's annual report.
• Responsible for Allgon's consolidation tool Ocra and other financial systems for analysis and presentation of group results.
• Follow-up and analysis of the group's figures and preparation of management reporting.
• Financial support and analysis of income statements, working capital, and cash flow.
• Actively support and participate in the integration of acquisitions (M&A) within the group.
• Responsible for transfer pricing and management fee models within the group.
• Support business analyses and profitability initiatives within the group.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a degree in economics and several years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, and reporting at the parent company level – or alternatively, several years of experience in auditing. You are accustomed to close dialogue with subsidiaries and are happy to take a supportive role in accounting matters, which also requires a broad level of knowledge in accounting and preferably the IFRS regulations. We consider experience in industrial companies and working in an international environment as an advantage. Furthermore, you are familiar with systems and have worked in consolidation systems, preferably Ocra, as well as Excel. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

As a person, you are curious, structured, and analytical and enjoy taking on significant responsibility while being comfortable working both independently and in teams. As Group Accounting Manager, you will have many different points of contact, and we therefore see the importance of you possessing good communication skills and being skilled at building external and internal relationships. Finally, you want to be part of a team and highly value contributing to the whole.
