Hello!
I am a cheerful and lively 18-year-old boy living in Tullinge with my family. Due to my CP disability since birth, epilepsy, and additional disabilities, I require assistance around the clock to live my life. I already have a bunch of fantastic assistants by my side and am now looking for an additional assistant for my team. I enjoy being at home and hanging out with my family, playing games, baking, and going for walks. Sometimes I want to go on outings, like to Tom Tits and Skansen.

Job Responsibilities
Personal assistance is about providing service - assisting me so that I can live, which includes everything that is part of my daily life. My disabilities mean that I need help with almost everything; such as meals, hygiene, play, exercise, breathing exercises, and communication. I have mucus and breathing problems, which means you must be attentive and observant of my needs. During the day, I go to school, and after school, I usually go home and do fun things with the help of my assistant. Part of your job will involve assisting me with motor training.

You should have a strong work ethic and enjoy being busy regardless of the time of day. I want you to be engaged in your work and support both me and the team, be unpretentious and responsive to my needs, and have a professional and positive attitude towards the work - you are incredibly important in my life! I am looking for someone who is social, flexible, and responsible. I would like you to take initiative and be clear in your communication. I have lifting aids, but the job still involves physical tasks, so it is good if you have good physical fitness.
It is a plus if you have some kind of healthcare education or experience with inhalation, tube feeding, BPAP, and/or cough and suction machines, but it is not a requirement. It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a personal assistant.

About the position:
Position 1: 24.88 hours/week (62%) Every other Wednesday-Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday, awake night. Chance for a larger position!

Position 2: Extra as needed, day, evening, night, weekend.

Working hours:
Day - 07:00-16:10
Evenings - 16:00-21:10
Weekends - 09:00-16:00
Night - 21:00-07:30
