Your new role

Do you want to manage some of Gothenburg's most interesting premises? We are now looking for an experienced and committed property manager for a temporary assignment while we recruit a new permanent property manager. The assignment comprises 75–100% of a full-time position.

The properties are owned by the client's sister companies Familjebostäder, Poseidon, and Bostadsbolaget, and the tenants are a delightful mix of small businesses and municipal operations – from the local pizzeria to the city's preschools and offices.

The areas you will be responsible for are: Guldheden, Gamlestan, Kortedala, Kviberg, Lunden, and Olskroken.

Main responsibilities:

• Showings and leasing of premises
• Financial assessments and lease negotiations
• Transfers and terminations
• Preparation of investment calculations and renovation supplements
• Reporting to the client
• Participation in the development of the area's property portfolio

To be successful in this role, you need

• Solid and several years of experience in managing commercial properties
• Negotiation experience and be accustomed to independent work with your own results responsibility.
• Good knowledge of property technology, lease law, property economics, and management of property systems.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hold a B driver's license as travel is required in the position.
