Footway is looking for a Junior AI Tech Specialist who wants to grow in the intersection of technology, customer service, and business development. About the role This role is suitable for you who are curious about AI and digital solutions, have a technical eye, and want to contribute to making both the customer journey and internal processes smarter. You will work with technical support, troubleshooting, data analysis, and further development of our AI and automation tools with a clear customer focus. Examples of tasks:

• Maintain and develop AI tools (e.g., Polly) and automation based on customer needs
• Support customer service and merchants with technical questions
• Troubleshoot simpler problems related to integrations, flows, and systems
• Analyze data and create insights in e.g., Google Sheets
• Participate in and drive internal improvement projects within tech and support

You will report to the Support & Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the customer, tech, and sales teams.

We are looking for someone who: You may not have all the answers yet, but you enjoy searching for them. You have a burning interest in technology, like structure, and want to understand how things are connected. You quickly see solutions and gain energy from improving both systems and workflows.

We are therefore looking for someone who has:

• Interest in and preferably experience with AI and automation
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience or curiosity about working with BigQuery
• Ability to drive and document projects
• A self-driven and solution-oriented attitude

Practical information Location: Kista, Victoria Tower. Scope: Full-time, permanent with an initial probation period of 6 months via Workz Start: As agreed Working hours: Weekdays 08.00–17.00
