About the Role

We are currently looking for a production technician for our client in the Värnamo area, with the ambition to grow within the organization. We are seeking someone who currently has a broad role in production and is now ready and attracted to the next step in their career by taking overall responsibility for production technology, and in the future growing into the role of production manager. 

As a production technician, you will be responsible for the operations that are directly and indirectly related to production: production development, production technology, quality, improvement work, maintenance, work environment, logistics/purchasing. The organization is characterized by short decision-making paths, which makes it easy to turn ideas into action.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have a post-secondary education, preferably in industrial economics, logistics, machinery, or similar. Furthermore, we want you to have several years of experience in production technology work within the manufacturing industry and that you have acquired a good and broad competence in production and the areas of responsibility included in the position. We want you to master tools within LEAN and have successfully worked with continuous improvements and business development. Familiarity with business systems involving planning and production technology parts is a prerequisite for success in the role. If you also have experience with Monitor, that is an extra plus. 

As a person, we want you to be proactive with the ability to turn ideas and development opportunities into concrete improvements and development projects with good results. High problem-solving ability is important, as well as having a good ability to communicate and collaborate humbly with all parts of the organization. You are motivated by learning new things that help both yourself and the rest of the organization succeed.
