We are now looking for another City Leader for Malmö City Cooperation. At our office in the city center, you will be part of a team of five cheerful colleagues. Here, we work independently and drive our areas of responsibility with passion, but always with each other's support through close dialogue, collaboration, and community.

In your role, you will be responsible for two geographical areas within Malmö City Cooperation's operational area in the city center. This means that you will nurture existing relationships with restaurant, café, and shop owners and build new ones, with the goal of ensuring that the needs and interests of our members are met. You will work closely with the entire team, report to the CEO, and have a particularly close collaboration with our other City Leader, Fredrik. https://www.malmocity.se/ (https://www.malmocity.se/)

• plan and book member meetings and networks
• contribute to recruiting new members
• create energy and cohesion in our networks
• assist in planning and executing events and activities
• help capture ideas and needs from our members

Who are we and what do we offer you?

We offer you an outgoing role in an engaged team with an office right in Malmö city. Malmö City Cooperation was established in 1995 and is a non-profit collaboration company. We are equally owned by trade and other businesses, property owners in the city, and Malmö municipality. Our overarching task is to further develop the city center for the benefit of our members, residents, and visitors. You will be at the center of events and get to meet and assist many passionate entrepreneurs operating in Malmö's city center.

• are good at expressing yourself in writing and have a sense of tone and clarity

• are passionate about Malmö and want to help create a city where everyone feels welcome

You do not need to have been a project manager before – the important thing is that you are driven, want to grow, and enjoy working with people. You will have your own budget responsibility and work towards KPIs such as the number of collaborations, recruiting members, and member visits. You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. We welcome diversity in the team as we want to build a team that reflects Malmö's differences. It is an advantage if you have relevant higher education or other post-secondary education and language skills beyond Swedish.
