The group offers customized solutions throughout the manufacturing chain, from development and design to series production of advanced precision components. Ages has approximately 500 employees and a net turnover of around 1 billion SEK.

Ages Hörle is one of the group's production units, specialized in machining with a modern machine park. We are about 130 employees who together drive a business where quality, reliability, and Småland's problem-solving ability are at the center.

About the role

As a Quality Engineer at Ages Hörle, you will be offered a versatile and developing role focused on ensuring and raising the quality level throughout the production chain. The position involves working with both customer and internal deviations, where analysis, root cause analysis, and action plans are central parts. Responsibility for implementing, following up, and driving FMEA is included, as well as driving improvement activities in line with the company's high-quality goals.

The work also involves performing measurements and contributing to the monitoring and analysis of production processes to ensure that quality requirements are met. Documentation and systematic follow-up are important parts, where accuracy and structured work methodology are crucial.

A natural part of the role includes close contact with production, the technical department, and customers, both nationally and internationally. The work takes place in a dynamic and forward-leaning environment where improvements and development are the focus.

The role suits a person who wants to combine practical quality work with strategic improvement work and who thrives in an environment where technical development and high-quality requirements go hand in hand.

Who is suitable for the role?

To succeed in the role, experience in quality assurance in the automotive industry is required, as well as good knowledge of measurement technology, deviation management, FMEA, problem-solving methodology, and other tools according to IATF and/or VDA standards, experience in calibration, establishing instructions, and having participated in audits. If you have previously worked in Monitor G5, it is an advantage.

The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and structured with a natural ability to build trust and relationships. The role requires a driven and clear personality with the presence and courage to stand by decisions and drive work forward. Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, are a prerequisite.
