to apply for the job

About us Capio Health Center Bomhus is a well-functioning unit with stable medical staffing where we place great emphasis on quality work, reception, and accessibility. We have a total of 30 employees in 12 different professions offering a wide range of primary care services to our approximately 8000 registered patients. Bomhus is located just outside Gävle Center with good bus connections. Free staff parking is available adjacent to the health center. Your role

We are looking for a CBT therapist or psychologist to work at our Health Center. With us, you will work with assessment and treatment of mild to moderate mental health issues at the primary care level. We place great importance on teamwork and have a patient-centered approach in close collaboration with other professional categories at the clinic. It is often you as the therapist who conducts the patient's initial assessment conversation before any doctor contact is needed. We strive to always have high availability for assessments both for acute and less acute symptoms.

Here we work in the Gävleborg region's digital initiative "My Care Gävleborg" which is under exciting development. You will thus have the opportunity to also meet patients via digital healthcare contact with chat, preparatory forms, video calls, which is a complement alongside physical visits, “digitally when possible, physically when needed”. We work in the spirit of FACT where we focus directly on the patient's problems and help them move forward from there. Today we have no waiting lists for psychosocial contact, partly thanks to FACT as a working tool, this is our goal focus that we will maintain going forward. We build our organization on the local unit's autonomy with engagement and participation from employees. Together we create a dynamic work environment with short decision-making paths. At the same time, there is a larger organization in the background that provides support and opportunities for development and exchange of experiences. We have three Capio Health Centers just in Gävle and here we collaborate and help each other.

We offer you

A very pleasant and developing work environment where you help shape your day based on certain production frameworks. You are an important part of the operation and in many parts a first assessment contact, as well as a consultant for further handling with other professionals for the patient's continued care, e.g., physiotherapist, rehabilitation coordinator, doctor. You do not work overtime. You take breaks and lunch, which are an important part of socializing and relaxation. The health center is newly renovated and fresh. Flexible frameworks where you can control a lot yourself. Remote work can be discussed for digital contacts in the future. Regular external supervision (Myrälf Consulting AB) Networking meetings in Capio region Mitt for learning and collaboration. About you

You who are applying are a CBT therapist or psychologist, secure in both person and profession and have a good understanding of the purpose and working methods of primary care. Able to "accelerate and brake" in your schedule to have the best possible availability. Make decisions to move forward. Drive your part of our operation with energy, patient focus, and be service-oriented, that is the key to success.

Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously. The position may be filled before the application deadline. Probationary employment for 6 months before permanent employment. We are looking for full-time or part-time.
