Do you want to shape a sustainable future with us?

We are not there yet, but we are on the right track. Today, Eolus has over a hundred employees and projects in both Europe and the USA. Our goal is still a future where everyone can live within the planet's limits. We believe the solution lies in innovative, tailored energy solutions. Whether it’s solar, wind, or other energy sources doesn’t matter. We know the future is renewable.

Who are we?

As a Grid Project Manager, you will be part of our team handling electrical issues. With deep expertise and interest in electrical matters, the team supports the development and construction functions in grid issues throughout all stages of the projects. Together, we work to deliver renewable energy where it is needed most.

Your role with us:

As a Grid Project Manager, you will work broadly with design and connection-related issues in various phases of our projects. You provide expertise throughout the entire project duration from early phase to operational phase of completed projects. You play a central role in investigating, planning, and following up on the connection of our projects to the overarching grid. You drive the dialogue with grid companies and other external stakeholders to ensure efficient and long-term solutions.

You will also be involved in the work with our internal grids – from early technical solutions to implementation and commissioning. You ensure that internal grids are properly designed and executed in a purposeful manner.

You also contribute to evaluating CAPEX and OPEX from a grid perspective. The role involves close collaboration with technical specialists, consultants, and internal project teams.

You will:

Support our projects in grid issues from early phase to operational phase. Be the client of and follow up on the connection process regarding electrical connections (20-400kV). Coordinate and follow up the entire process regarding internal grids – from requirements and design to implementation and commissioning together with construction and operations teams. Engage in dialogue regarding electrical connections with electricity companies, municipalities, partners, project managers, and consultants. Complete and follow up on the connection of our projects to the grid.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a university degree in electrical and energy engineering. Has at least 4 years of experience in grid issues. Experience in renewable energy (Wind/Solar/BESS) is a plus. Has good experience in engaging in dialogue and collaborating with various types of stakeholders. Is fluent in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are:

A driven team player who enjoys being part of project teams and holding an expert role. A skilled communicator who can convey complex content to a variety of stakeholders. Adaptable, creative, and with a strong ability to find constructive solutions to challenges and changing conditions.

What can we offer you?

Market-competitive terms and benefits that promote health and well-being for a sustainable and long-term working life. To create a good balance between work and private life, we offer parental pay during parental leave, reduced working hours (ATF), and a hybrid workplace for increased flexibility in everyday life. We care about your health and therefore offer wellness grants of up to 5,000 SEK per year, private health insurance, annual health checks, and TBE vaccinations. In addition, you will receive an annual salary review, pension contributions, and the opportunity to participate in our bonus program, where you can earn up to an extra month's salary depending on results.
