Qualified Accountant for Long-Term Consulting Assignment We are looking for an experienced and committed Senior Accountant / Finance Manager for an assignment at a global industrial company with a strong focus on quality, safety, and long-term relationships. Here you will work in an environment where knowledge sharing, structure, and accuracy are at the center. The assignment extends over 12 months, with an immediate start. As a Finance Manager, you will have a central role in the finance team and be responsible for ensuring high-quality accounting, compliance with regulations, and contributing to clear and reliable financial governance. You will work closely with the business and management, drive improvement initiatives, and help develop the company's financial processes. Main Responsibilities: -Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements -Ensure correct accounting according to K3/GAAP -Support budgeting and forecasting -Prepare reports and analyses for management and headquarters -Coordinate audits and liaise with external parties -Drive improvement projects within accounting and internal control We are looking for someone who has: -A degree in economics or equivalent -At least 5–7 years of experience in qualified accounting work -Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations -Experience in leadership or project management is an advantage -Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English You will work on-site in an environment characterized by professionalism, commitment, and a strong focus on long-term results.
