We are now looking for a personal assistant for an active 15-year-old girl who lives with her wonderful family in Bromma. As an assistant, you will help create a safe and pleasant everyday life based on the existing conditions. You will provide active support in activities, play, and communication. You will assist her with all care, transfers, and meals. For our client to feel comfortable with you, you need to be a positive, warm, calm, secure, and attentive person with a lot of patience. You are proactive, able to read situations easily, and can work independently. Additionally, we would like you to be a creative person who enjoys coming up with new ideas. Since our client is very active, it is crucial that you have no physical limitations or restrictions.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with something meaningful in the long term, is responsible, and attentive to another person's needs. To apply for the position, you must be at least 18 years old, able to provide a criminal record extract, and provide two nearby references. At the client's request, we are only looking for female employees. Since the family has a dog, you must not be allergic.

Job Details:

The position starts in mid-February and has a workload of approximately 80%. The working hours are varied; you will work 4-5 morning shifts a week (07:00-09:00), evening shifts (16:00-21:00), and varying weekend hours, daytime (09:00-14:30), evening (14:30-21:00). During school breaks, the position may be extended. Flexibility is appreciated as substitute needs may arise.
