Bankgirot is now looking for a Tech Lead for a growing part of the organization in Stockholm. As a Tech Lead, you will play an important role in the mission to ensure the payment infrastructure of the future at a tech company where we have a big heart for the mission – and for each other. Your role As part of the digital transformation, we will bring our bank giro system in-house, which is currently outsourced. We are looking for someone who wants to take a key role in supporting the management and development of payment systems and several supporting systems such as statistics, storage, and invoicing. The role involves both managing the existing environment and improvement work, as well as long-term development as we take greater responsibility for our development environment in-house. This means maintaining close contact with suppliers and setting requirements for them. Here you will have the opportunity to influence the whole and be involved in decisions regarding technology choices and structure. How the role is shaped in practice can be adapted based on your skills and experience. We are looking for you who You have several years of experience working with development environments, build systems, and tools, preferably in complex, system-heavy organizations. You are used to thinking one step ahead, taking responsibility for the whole, and communicating with both technicians and the business. We believe that you

• Have at least five years of experience working with development environments in mainframe or experience in COBOL and Assembler code

• Good knowledge of tools such as Git, Visual Studio, and other code and version control systems

• Have a good understanding of development to be able to support and drive technical improvements, both process-wise and tool-wise

• Are used to working independently and can take ownership of complex technical environments

• Have experience collaborating with external suppliers and have a business-oriented understanding
