Job Responsibilities

You will work as a customer service representative for one of our clients in Malmö. The job involves receiving calls, as well as communicating via chat and email, and finding solutions to customers' problems. In the role of customer service representative, you will also work administratively in various systems. Together with your colleagues, you strive to achieve set goals, and to satisfy the customer, you need to have good collaboration skills. Here you will have the opportunity to develop and gain experience for the future!

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with some previous experience in customer service or other service professions. You have good phone skills and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are driven by facing new challenges and guiding the customer correctly. You thrive in the role of a representative for a company, and providing service comes naturally to you.
