Capio Lundby Specialistsjukhus is located at Wieselgrensplatsen, less than 10 minutes by public transport from central Gothenburg. Through a comprehensive care agreement with the Västra Götaland Region, we provide specialist healthcare in dialysis/kidney medicine, surgery, medicine, psychiatry, ophthalmology, ENT, and an operating unit for day surgery.

The psychiatric clinic is an outpatient clinic where our most common diagnoses are anxiety, depression, and neuropsychiatry (assessment and treatment). We offer our patients very good continuity and high availability. In our patient survey, 98% of our patients report that they are satisfied with the service at the unit.

We work in well-composed teams with different professional categories to ensure our patients receive the best care chain. The unit employs experienced psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, licensed psychotherapists (CBT), psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries.

We have a strong patient focus and the work mainly consists of patient reception. We work in two main processes: general psychiatry and neuropsychiatry. As a psychiatrist, you are expected to work in both processes but with some opportunity for specialization.

We are looking for you who is a senior physician/specialist in psychiatry. An interest in the assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric conditions is a plus.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and interested in driving care for our psychiatric patients forward. You have a pedagogical approach and a holistic view with the patient's needs in focus.

You should have good collaboration skills, be solution-oriented, and appreciate working in a team. Since you will be part of a close-knit team around the patients, we place great importance on personal qualities.
