Do you want to be a key player in a global, innovative, and sustainable company? We are now looking for an engaged and business-oriented HR Business Partner/HR Generalist for our client who wants to help drive the organization’s continued development forward!

As an HR Business Partner with our client, you will play a central role in building a competitive organization and contributing to creating a workplace where employees thrive and develop. You will work both operationally and strategically with the company's leaders and HR team and become an important ambassador for the company's corporate culture and employee experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support and coach managers in their daily leadership and in strategic HR matters
• Drive and develop Strategic Workforce Planning
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and agreements and maintain good relationships with trade unions
• Contribute to and implement global and local HR processes in areas such as talent management, compensation, recruitment, leadership development, and workplace environment
• Act as an ambassador for the company's culture, values, and employee experience

Primarily, we are looking for someone for the office in Huskvarna, but there is also the possibility to work at their offices in Jonsered or Stockholm. Some travel within Sweden and internationally may occur in the role.

To be successful in this role, you need to

• At least 5 years of experience in HR work, with at least 2 years in the role of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Good experience in the entire HR field, including talent management, comp&ben, labor law, recruitment, and leadership development.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Desirable: Experience working in a global organization
