We are now looking for our new conference host – the spider in the web who coordinates, communicates, and creates order with a smile.

You like to stay one step ahead, have an eye for details that others might miss, and are passionate about providing service that feels genuine. With a twinkle in your eye and a confident presence, you help shape our guests' stay – from the first contact to the last handshake.

As a conference host, you are the one who holds together our group and conference bookings – both behind the scenes and in direct contact with the guest. You work closely with our departments, ensure that everything is in place for each group, and provide support with technology, catering, and flow. You also play an important role in our internal sales – where you contribute to creating clear agreements, good communication, and secure conditions for each meeting.

About two shifts a week, you will also be present at the reception, where you are a warm and approachable contact for our guests – ready to assist wherever needed.

Your mission

You will be the hub of our conference operations – the one who coordinates details, collaborates with colleagues, follows up, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. It’s about seeing the whole picture, finding solutions quickly, and making every group feel both seen and cared for.

Your days will include:

• Coordination of conferences and groups – from preparation to follow-up
• Welcoming groups, conducting safety briefings, and providing technical support
• Setting up, arranging, and ongoing supervision of conference areas and lobby
• Collaboration with internal sales and other departments
• Bookings and administration related to conferences
• Some reception work (about two shifts/week)
• Support to other departments as needed

Sometimes everything runs smoothly, sometimes everything happens at once, but you have the ability to stay calm, prioritize correctly, and meet each guest with the same care and professionalism.

Who are you?

• You have experience in conferences, reception, or similar service professions
• You thrive on keeping track, thinking ahead, and solving problems before they arise
• You enjoy collaborating and communicating – both with guests and colleagues
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• You are unpretentious, flexible, and see what needs to be done
• You have a good sense of service, structure, and detail

The practical

• Extent: 100%
• Working hours: Monday–Friday. Three daytime shifts (8–16), two morning or evening shifts. Weekend work as needed.
• Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
• Salary: By agreement.
