Brogyllen is a classic pastry shop and a genuine family business founded in 1962. We are passionate about our craft and always work with the best ingredients to create products of the highest quality. In our stone oven bakery in Mölndal, we bake our bread with sourdough, and at our pastry shop, we create classic pastries and cakes – all with a modern twist. Everything we do is carefully prepared from scratch with great care, and we always strive for perfection.

The Position:

We are now looking for an engaged and driven employee for approximately 32 hours/week. The position involves working every other weekend, and we would like you to start immediately.

• Is structured, stress-resistant, and flexible, and has a positive attitude towards change.
• Is passionate about food and loves to provide our customers with the best service.
• Has good leadership skills, sees what needs to be done, and is not afraid to make decisions.
• Is engaged and curious, wants to learn new things, and contribute ideas and inspiration.
• Is outgoing, goal-oriented, and loves to sell.
• Has at least a completed high school education and experience from similar work (a requirement for the position).
