If you have cash handling experience, previous experience in street kitchens or other food service, it is an advantage. It is important that you enjoy working with us and feel comfortable working in a tight team. As you will have a lot of contact with our customers, you need to be fluent in Swedish, and we want you to be at least 18 years old.

Working with us means, in addition to all customer contact, that you will help prepare ingredients and accompaniments, take customer orders at the register, and cook food to order. Between servings, we help each other in the kitchen with dishes and cleaning, or with receiving and unpacking goods.

The position is part-time, approximately 35 hours a week (which may eventually become full-time for the right person) during daytime, evening, and weekends. 

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the entire restaurant's operation and report to the restaurant manager.

The responsibilities include the following:

• Lead shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks

• Routine reporting to the restaurant manager

• Spreading energy and joy to employees who pass it on to guests

• Coaching employees 

• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers

• Purchasing goods

• Training new employees

• Responsible for checklists and ensuring routines are followed

A team leader has full responsibility for customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality during their shift
