If you have cash handling experience, previous experience in a street kitchen or other food service, that is an advantage. It is important that you enjoy working with us and feel comfortable working in a close-knit team. Since you will have a lot of contact with our customers, you need to be fluent in Swedish, and we require that you are at least 18 years old.

Working with us means, in addition to all customer contact, that you will assist in preparing ingredients and sides, taking customer orders at the register, and cooking food to order. Between servings, we help each other in the kitchen with dishes and cleaning, or with receiving and unpacking goods.

The position is part-time, approximately 35 hours a week (which can eventually become full-time for the right person) during daytime, evenings, and weekends. 

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the entire restaurant's operations and report to the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks

• Routine reporting to the restaurant manager

• Spreading energy and joy to employees who pass this on to guests

• Coaching employees 

• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers

• Purchasing goods

• Training new employees

• Responsibility for checklists and ensuring routines are followed

A team leader has full responsibility for customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality during their shift
