If you have cash handling experience, previous experience in a street kitchen or other food service, that is an advantage. It is important that you enjoy working with us and feel comfortable working in a tight-knit team. Since you will have a lot of contact with our customers, you need to speak fluent Swedish, and we want you to be at least 18 years old.

Working with us means, besides all customer contact, that you will help prepare ingredients and accompaniments, take customer orders at the cash register, and cook food to order. Between serving, we help each other in the kitchen with dishwashing and cleaning, or with receiving and unpacking goods.

The position is part-time, approximately 35 hours a week (which may eventually become full-time for the right person) during daytime, evening, and weekends. 

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the entire restaurant's operations and report to the restaurant manager.

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Lead shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks

• Routine reporting to the restaurant manager

• Spread energy and joy to employees who pass this on to guests

• Coaching of employees 

• Receive and check deliveries from suppliers

• Purchasing of goods

• Training of new employees

• Responsible for checklists and ensuring routines are followed

A team leader has full responsibility for customer satisfaction, waiting times, cleanliness, and quality during their shift
