If you have cash handling experience, previous experience in a street kitchen or other food service, that is an advantage. It is important that you enjoy working with us and feel comfortable working in a tight-knit team. Since you will have a lot of contact with our customers, you need to be fluent in Swedish, and we require that applicants are at least 18 years old.

Working with us means, in addition to all customer contact, that you will help prepare ingredients and accompaniments, take customer orders at the cash register, and cook food to order. Between serving, we help each other in the kitchen with dishes and cleaning, or with receiving and unpacking goods.

The position is part-time, approximately 35 hours a week (which may eventually become full-time for the right person) during daytime, evenings, and weekends. 

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the entire restaurant's operations and report to the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Lead shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks

• Routine reporting to the restaurant manager

• Spread energy and joy to employees who pass it on to guests

• Coaching of employees 

• Receive and check deliveries from suppliers

• Purchasing of goods

• Training of new employees

• Responsible for checklists and ensuring procedures are followed

A team leader has full responsibility for customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality during their shift.
