As a Tech Lead, you will play an important role in the mission to ensure the payment infrastructure of the future at a tech company where we have a big heart for the mission – and for each other. Your role We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who is seeking further challenges. If you want to work in a critical and technically complex organization where we handle critical financial transactions on a large scale daily, Bankgirot may be the organization for you. With us, you will be part of a smaller team working on various development projects, responsible for both technology choices and implementation. In some projects, you are more hands-on, in others more strategic, but often it is a combination of both. You have overall responsibility for technology and architecture within one or more projects and teams. This means you evaluate solutions, propose improvements, and ensure that what is built is feasible, both technically and security-wise. Daily work is carried out in close collaboration with POs, architects, and developers in everything from code and CI/CD to architecture and security models such as SSDLC. We are looking for you who You have a solid technical foundation and extensive experience in taking responsibility in complex system environments. You have worked with modern development, focusing on backend, microservices, and CI/CD. You are also used to balancing technical requirements with business goals and security needs. We also believe that you are a person who gains energy from solving problems together with others. You are communicative, analytical, and enjoy taking responsibility for the whole. It is important to you that what you build holds, both now and in the future. What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in the role of Tech Lead or similar

• Deep competence in development with a focus on backend and microservice-based architecture

• Experience in designing robust and scalable systems according to SOLID principles

• Good knowledge of CI/CD flows, test automation, and container platforms

• Experience from security-classified or regulated environments

If you also have experience in frontend architecture (e.g., microfrontend), it is a plus.
