Kitron is now looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join its team!

Your Responsibilities:

As a Sourcing Specialist at Kitron, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient purchasing processes and developing relationships with both suppliers and customers. You will be part of a team with several colleagues working with purchasing and planning. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Purchasing responsibility within specific customer programs – both operational and strategic.
  • Negotiations and contracts – create inquiries, evaluate, negotiate, and develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
  • Delivery follow-up – ordering and following up on deliveries.
  • Maintenance and development of ERP systems and purchasing data.
  • Representing purchasing in customer teams – both internally and externally.
  • Continuously working on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensuring that purchasing processes are implemented, driven, and completed within given timelines while optimizing inventory values in line with business plans.

  • Experience in purchasing and mechanics within manufacturing companies.
  • Competence in mechanics/electromechanics and understanding of various manufacturing processes.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and generally good computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
