DevSecOps Engineer at Bankgirot Bankgirot is now looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join a growing part of the organization in Stockholm. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play an important role in the mission to ensure the payment infrastructure of the future at a tech company where we have a big heart for the mission – and for each other. Your role We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the start of a new DevSecOps team at Bankgirot. The goal is to make secure software delivery a natural part of our development process. Not only through the right tools and technical solutions but also by supporting our development teams with knowledge and guidance, and creating conditions for secure development in practice. The focus is on automation, security, and efficiency. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will work closely with the development teams, build CI/CD pipelines with security from the start, develop tools that support our DevSecOps principles, and ensure that we meet regulatory requirements. You will join at an early stage and have significant room to influence how we work, both technically and organizationally. We are looking for someone who has You have worked with DevOps principles for a few years and thrive in a role where technology, security, and collaboration meet. You are solution-oriented, pragmatic, and curious, and we believe you want to help build something from the ground up. We believe you have experience with: • CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar • Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) • Basic security principles • One or more programming languages, e.g., Java, Typescript, or Bash If you also have experience with cloud platforms, transaction-heavy systems, or regulated environments (e.g., finance), that is a plus.
