About Us

Pharmacy Care is now seeking a department pharmacist for temporary and summer positions within Sahlgrenska University Hospital and Queen Silvia's Children's Hospital.

Pharmacy Care is a unit belonging to the Medication Services where pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work in various healthcare operations. Within Medication Services, there are also Clinical Pharmacology, Medication Supply, Inpatient Dosage, and Extemporaneous Preparation. The operation has both internal and regional assignments.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation of oral and parenteral medication doses.
• Ordering medications and managing medication rooms.
• Answering questions regarding medications and medication management.
• Quality work for safe medication management.

About You

We are looking for a licensed pharmacist with at least two years of professional experience and good knowledge of Swedish. Experience working in healthcare is considered an asset, as well as experience in preparing parenteral and/or oral medications and quality work.

As a person, it is important that you are flexible, have an easy time creating new contacts and good relationships. You should be able to take your own initiatives, be attentive, and prioritize tasks according to the needs of the care unit. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. In the recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
