JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a childcare worker, you will carry out the educational activities together with the team based on governing documents towards set goals and ensure that all children have equal influence while providing them with safe care. The operations are documented, analyzed, and evaluated using our digital tools. Both the individual child's learning and the operations are documented on our digital platform Unikum.

You will be part of a team of preschool teachers and childcare workers who enrich each other with knowledge, thoughts, and ideas. In the work team and also in other groups, you will have the opportunity for pedagogical reflections. In various networks, you will meet your colleagues to drive systematic quality work together with other units as part of the development work.

We represent many different languages and cultures, both among children and staff. All children should have the opportunity to develop their culture and mother tongue.

We are looking for childcare workers with a mission to work in a children's group. Your assignment will vary depending on the need, for example, as a substitute for planning, days off, or as part of a work team.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained childcare worker, and you can express yourself well in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a clear child focus where you meet and respond to children's conditions and needs in a good and adapted way. You base your work on everyone's equal value and create a good atmosphere in meetings with others. You are stable, calm, and flexible to adapt to changing circumstances in the work.
