About the role We at Purple Recruitment & Interim are now looking for a goal-oriented salesperson for a technology-intensive and forward-thinking business in Anderstorp. You will be a key person in developing and expanding business within your area, responsible for the entire sales process, from mapping and needs analysis to customer visits, negotiations, and follow-ups. You will receive support from inside sales/customer service and other internal functions, while also being responsible for driving your own business forward. The role involves travel, and you will be based at the office in Anderstorp. Reporting will be to the Marketing and Sales Manager, and you will be offered a tailored introduction to give you the best possible start.
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a technical interest and are motivated to create and develop business. You may be at the beginning of your career and want to grow in sales, or you may have experience in B2B sales and want to take the next step. The most important thing is that you are self-driven, curious, and have a strong desire to learn and develop.
You have a strong customer focus, are skilled at identifying needs, and can suggest the right solutions from a wide range of products. The role requires perseverance, business acumen, and a burning commitment to building long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for your own sales budget, follow the company's policies, and actively work according to quality and environmental management systems. Good computer skills and comfort in a digital work environment are a given. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
