Are you a data analyst driven by transforming complex data into business-critical insights? Do you have experience working closely with the business in a fast-changing tech environment? Do you want to help build something real – from strategy to execution – in a company with strong growth and a clear vision? Then Wayke could be your next step.

About Wayke

Wayke is a Swedish tech company on an exciting growth journey. We have established ourselves as a key player in the automotive industry, offering both a digital marketplace and a SaaS platform that helps dealers meet the future needs of consumers. With support from industry organizations, investors, and tech players, we are equipped to take the next big leap – and at the center of this initiative is our data.

About the role

As a data analyst at Wayke, you will be a strategic key person in further developing our data-driven business. You will work cross-functionally with product, business, and technology, and be responsible for transforming data into decisions, insights, and innovation. The role involves both operational analysis and a clear responsibility for data quality, structure, and reporting – but above all, driving our data agenda forward.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring quality, structure, and reliability in our data collection and data modeling

  • Conducting in-depth analyses to support business development, product strategy, and operational decisions

  • Identifying areas for improvement and efficiency opportunities based on data and insights

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and BI reports for various internal stakeholders

  • Presenting conclusions in a pedagogical and convincing manner – both for technical and non-technical audiences

We believe you have:

  • A relevant academic degree in e.g. computer science, statistics, mathematics, or similar

  • Solid experience with SQL and data modeling

  • Experience in advanced data analysis and business-related work with data-driven decisions

  • Experience in programming in .NET, preferably in the context of data integrations and API management

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as GCP and/or Azure

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other teams

  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

  • Experience in machine learning (ML) and predictive analytics is also a plus, especially in relation to pricing, forecasting market developments, or analyzing customer behaviors.

At Wayke, you will receive:

  • A key role in a fast-growing tech company where data is central to everything we do

  • The opportunity to influence strategically, operationally, and technically

  • A culture that values transparency, innovation, and well-being – not least through our popular Wednesdays with joint training and team meetings

  • Flexible working arrangements and an office at Slussen in Stockholm filled with engaged colleagues
