We are looking for a driven and business-oriented controller with a strong interest in systems for a project with a well-established healthcare provider in Stockholm. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, management team, and operational managers focusing on analysis, follow-up, and management of the business. You need to have a good understanding of both financial processes and the needs of the business, as well as the ability to transform data into clear decision-making material.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previously worked as a business controller or in a similar role
• Enjoys collaborating closely with management
• Is accustomed to working in environments where data drives the business and with analytical tools
• Has a good understanding of systems and works proactively with improvements
• Experience with Tableau and Excel
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
