Your New Role

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee to join our client's team that works with support and administration of their systems for travel booking, expense management, and property solutions.

You will become part of a team of six people who together ensure that their IT solutions work smoothly and efficiently for the business.

As support staff, you will work broadly with tasks including:

• Incident management and troubleshooting in their travel and property systems.
• Administration and coordination of cases with both internal functions and external suppliers.
• Management of integrations, access, system upgrades, and mobile solutions.
• Daily contacts with the business, IT departments, and external suppliers.

You will be an important link between the business's needs and the functionality of the systems, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks.

To be successful in this role, you need to have

• Experience in management, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
• A general understanding of system integrations.
• Good knowledge of Excel for data management.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Preferred: Experience with applications used in Travel Management and/or Expense.
• Preferred: Experience with mobile apps.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum or DevOps.
• Preferred: Experience in testing and/or functional testing.
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow and/or Jira.
