About the Role

We offer an inspiring key position in the company where you, together with the sales and production organization, ensure quality, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Your main task as a Production Engineer is to drive projects of new items/products from inquiry to production approval and ensure that these meet customer needs and the internal organization’s requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of calculation bases for quotes.
• Project manage and ensure quality for new business and/or modified products.
• Perform preparation in the business system and also manage outgoing items in the business system.
• Technical support
• Purchasing of raw materials, subcontractor services, and tools
• Develop and improve working methods and processes, mainly in the area of post-processing.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have a technical education, preferably from university or equivalent. A couple of years of experience from relevant professional roles is good, and of course, experience from the manufacturing industry is a significant advantage. In addition to a basic understanding of production methods and costing/production economics, you should be familiar with quality work, preparation, and project management. Being able to read and understand a drawing is a requirement. If you also have experience with CAD, that is an extra plus.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good computer skills in Office and business systems are required, preferably Monitor.
