Are you a procurement specialist looking to make a difference in the future of HR work? We are currently seeking a sharp part-time consultant who can lead the effort to develop a procurement document for a completely new HR and payroll system. Here you have the chance to combine strategy, technology, and human values in one assignment.

About the assignment

You will play a central role in a collaboration project, focusing on a specific organization's needs analysis – laying the foundation for a sustainable and future-proof HR system. You are expected to develop a requirements specification and procurement document as a basis for future procurement. In this role, you will more specifically:

• Conduct a thorough mapping of the current system support

• Identify missing functions and areas for improvement

• Conduct a needs analysis based on the organization's requirements

• Ensure that laws, regulations, and technical requirements are included in the documentation

It’s about shaping solutions for:

Payroll, staffing, scheduling, recruitment, reference checking, course administration, substitute management, work environment, rehabilitation, conversation structures, employee benefits, organizational charts, and much more.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in requirements specification and procurement work for HR/payroll systems
• Is accustomed to working systematically with analysis, documentation, and needs collection
• Has good knowledge of relevant legal requirements and technical frameworks
• Enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders – from HR to IT

Start: September and will continue until the end of the year.  Location: The work can be performed remotely, with the base in Växjö.  Scope of the assignment: Part-time at 50%.
