WHAT

We are now looking for a medical secretary for our secretariat in Skövde. We are an important part of the chain from referral to response and work daily to assist our clients and colleagues. The tasks include, among other things, handling test results, mail management, preparing medical rounds, dictation, telephone service, archiving, and other administrative duties.

You will work in a team of 4 people, and the working hours are during the day.

• Are trained as a medical secretary
• Master Swedish in speech and writing.
• Have good computer skills and are familiar with modern IT solutions.

WHERE

The position is located at Skaraborg Hospital in Skövde. Here, you will work together with biomedical analysts, biologists, nursing assistants, laboratory assistants, as well as doctors and autopsy technicians.
