To help our customers in the best way possible, you need to express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, have good computer skills, and quickly adapt to new systems. You are structured and creative in your way of finding solutions together with the customer.

Technical knowledge is a plus.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work independently but be part of a team of employees who work together to provide a good service experience for our customers.

Your main tasks will be to handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, which means assisting with orders, complaints, and questions regarding delivery status and product information. Return handling is also part of the job, so basic knowledge and interest in technical gadgets and their functions are advantageous.

You will work with both existing and new customers, and the work is carried out in an environment characterized by a service spirit and results focus. You inspire confidence and are responsible and professional in your customer interactions.
