About the role We are now looking for a technically skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Västerås. In this role, you will be the hub between customers, factories, and field sales representatives – combining technical understanding with excellent service skills. This is a long-term position where you will have the opportunity to grow into an important function and work with products that play a central role in future energy solutions.

Your future responsibilities As a technical inside sales representative, you will handle everything from quote requests and order placement to product customization and technical advice. You will maintain close contact with both internal sales colleagues and external customers, as well as factories to ensure the right solution and delivery.

Examples of tasks:

• Quote management with a requirement for quick feedback (within 48 hours)
• Order booking and follow-up on delivery
• Technical support to customers and field sales representatives
• Match the right products and components based on technical specifications
• Contact with factories for technical advice
• Follow-up on pricing inquiries and technical questions
• Simple customer visits (up to 10 per year)

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in technology and electrical power, and thrives in a role where structure, communication, and customer focus are central? You do not need to be an expert from day one – the most important thing is that you have the desire to understand the products in depth and the ability to communicate that further to customers.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in technology or electrical power, or equivalent experience
• Good technical understanding – preferably from industry, automation, or similar
• Fluent Swedish and good English in both speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Good system proficiency – preferably Salesforce

Meritorious:

• Experience in electrical, automation, sales, technical support, or order management
• Knowledge of motors, inverters, PLCs, or other industrial products
• Previous work experience within ABB or similar environments

You need to be service-oriented, professional in your communication, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Scope: Full-time, with core hours 9–15 and flexible working hours.
