Welcome to the Evening and Weekend Reception in Helsingborg! We are located adjacent to the Emergency Department at Helsingborg Hospital and are a joint initiative of primary care. The Evening and Weekend Reception is a collaboration where both publicly and privately operated health centers in Helsingborg work together for a common reception on evenings and weekends. On April 1, 2025, we will transition to the new administration Close Care and Health.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a nurse for a varied and developing job with us in the Resource Team.

Your tasks include telephone advice, triage, sample collection, and assistance during doctor appointments. You will also be involved in improvement and development work to offer our patients high medical quality and a good working environment for our employees. We offer our nurses a good salary supplement and good development opportunities in the form of, for example, training.

You will work at the Evening and Weekend Reception, and during the day, the work is placed at Region Skåne's health centers in Helsingborg if they need temporary reinforcement. You will work according to a schedule with varying working hours, where shifts occur both day, evening, and weekend.

- The best part of this job is meeting people, both with patients and colleagues, in person and on the phone. Since you meet many different people, the job becomes very varied. Our goal is to make all patients satisfied and pleased with their care, and that is what drives my work, says Katarina, nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. It is an advantage if you are a trained district nurse. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are a requirement. If you have work experience in primary care and/or emergency care, it is considered an advantage for the position. Knowledge of PMO is also an advantage for the position.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is responsible, and enjoys varied tasks. To succeed in the role, we see that you are structured, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
