You are interested in technology and, of course, providing good service. You enjoy communicating with people and recognize the importance of feedback. You should have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience, while we place great importance on personality.

As a junior IT technician, you will focus on providing support and ensuring that the workplace's technology functions as it should. You will work closely with users and learn how to maintain a professional IT environment. Common tasks include:

• Installation and configuration of workstations You assist in installing computers, printers, phones, and other equipment, ensuring everything works and is connected to the network.
• Troubleshooting and user support When colleagues encounter technical problems, you help find solutions – either on-site or via remote support. You learn to work methodically and confidently even in stressful situations.
• Updates and basic security You ensure that devices are updated with the correct software and security patches. We will show you how to work according to the company's IT security procedures.
• Support and service You are a friendly face who provides technical assistance and guides users in a simple and pedagogical way.
• Documentation You help document installations, equipment, and cases so that we always have an overview of the IT environment.
• Learning and development You actively participate in improvement work and receive support to grow in your role and take on more responsibility over time.

• Education in IT/technology, or 1–2 years of practical experience in IT support or similar
• Interest in technology, problem-solving, and helping others
• Communicative and service-oriented – you enjoy talking to users and can explain technology in a simple way
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networks
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
