About the position
This is a full-time assignment for 12 months where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good chances for extension after the assignment ends.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. For those new to the job market, consulting assignments are a great way to test different roles, make contacts, and build a competitive CV.

Job responsibilities
In the role of a sales-oriented customer service representative, you will be responsible for the first contact with the company's private customers. You will receive incoming calls and assist customers over the phone in areas such as customer accounts, billing inquiries, and payment options. The questions vary in scope and complexity, and you will work to find good solutions that contribute to satisfied customers. As part of your service, you will also be responsible for conducting needs analyses and actively working with upselling based on the customer's needs in each call. • Receive incoming calls from customers • Find solutions to customer questions and problems • Conduct needs analysis and upselling
Education, experience, and personal qualities
We believe that you have
• Completed and approved high school education • Work experience in service, sales, or billing management is an advantage • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
To thrive in the role of a sales-oriented customer service representative at Telia, you have a good sense of service and are motivated to work towards set goals and deliver solutions based on customer needs. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and are attentive and empathetic in your approach. The role requires you to take personal responsibility for driving your work forward. You enjoy a social role with a varied pace of work.
