In the role of a field sales representative, you will work from home, and the company car will be your office. We expect you to live in the Gothenburg area as you will meet customers there. A brief about Svea Solar: We are currently in six countries. We consist of nearly 1100 engaged Power Shifters (employees). About the role
With us, it pays to be a skilled seller. Therefore, we have updated our commission model to ensure that it is the best in the industry. As a field sales representative, you will be part of Svea Solar's Residential (B2C) department and will work directly with private customers in the field, based from home during your working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. You will conduct physical sales meetings where you have the best conditions for a deal, with about half of the meetings pre-booked by our own appointment setters and half being self-booked meetings that you have worked on. You will receive continuous sales coaching and participate in a clear goal-setting process where you strive towards a monthly budget, under the guidance of your immediate manager.
In summary, you will:
Be responsible for and conduct physical sales meetings with customers around your region. There will be about half pre-booked meetings and half self-booked meetings. Create and present tailored offers (solar panels, batteries, charging stations, etc.) based on customer conditions, wishes, and your professional recommendations.
Compile and gather technical information where you create panel layouts and ensure suitable installation conditions.
Continuously work in our CRM (Salesforce). The role has 100% focus on sales, and you will have support with much of the administrative work. However, some administrative tasks will occur in the role.

Are we a match?
We are looking for someone who....
- Has a valid driver's license (company car included!).
- Experience in sales with good results; we believe you have at least 3 years of experience in field sales and/or other types of direct sales.
- Experience in building customer relationships.
- Experience working towards sales budgets.
- Speaks Swedish fluently in both speech and writing and has good knowledge of English.
Experience in the solar panel industry is highly meritorious!
