About the Role

As an appointment setter, you will:

• Contact new customers via phone and sell service cases for our suppliers' technicians – primarily regarding air-to-air heat pumps.
• Be the first point of contact with the customer and ensure they receive a professional and smooth service experience.
• Work in a structured manner with clear goals and receive ongoing support from your coach and team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is communicative, service-minded, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Has an inner drive and enjoys reaching set goals.
• Wants to develop within customer service and appointment booking.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Location and Working Hours:

You will work on-site in our bright and modern office in central Kungsbacka – close to both transport, lunch spots, and services.

Working hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

The position is full-time and involves a social, energetic office job together with a team that supports and encourages each other every day.
