About the role Our Inside Sales Department is a fantastic place to work where team spirit and joy are at the center. Here, you work together with both appointment setters and inside sales representatives in an inspiring environment characterized by collaboration and community. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial interest to the finalized agreement, ensuring that each step is smooth and professional. Your workday will be filled with conversations with customers where you will collaboratively find a solution that suits them. In addition to sales meetings, the role also involves designing solar panel systems, creating quotes, and following up on each project.
We are looking for someone who
Is experienced and confident in your sales role. You master customer dialogue and are motivated by a satisfied customer upon closing a deal. You are social and thrive in a fast-paced role where you can shape your own income.
We believe that you
- Have some work experience in sales
- Have good telephone and computer skills
- Master both Swedish and English
Meritorious
- Experience working in CRM systems
- Have previously worked in the solar industry

START: As agreed LOCATION: Malmö (head office) SCOPE: 100% TARGET SALARY: 40,000 - 45,000 (base salary + commission)
