We at Humana are now looking for personal assistants who want to work with a 50-year-old woman living in central Norrtälje. In this role, you will make a difference in her life and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

The woman has extensive care needs and is in a wheelchair. You will assist with everything that may arise in her daily life by

- Taking care of her personal care and hygiene
- Cooking and assisting with eating/drinking as the woman is weak in her hands and arms
- Helping with daily chores and other household tasks
- Assisting the client with activities outside the home, such as walks and running errands
- Helping with medication intake

Exercise is an important part of the woman's life for her well-being.

Working hours and employment rate: The working hours are varied, and you need to be ready to step in as needed during daytime, evening, both weekdays and weekends.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately, the position starts as a temporary employment but can transition to the employment form "as long as the assistance assignment lasts".

Who are you? The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. We are looking for someone who is social, calm, reliable, attentive, and accustomed to taking on significant responsibility. Furthermore, it is important that you are confident in your role as a personal assistant and work with gentle methods. For this position, it is required that you have:

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Previous experience working in care and support

It is also advantageous if you have:

- Knowledge and/or experience of MSE
