We are now looking for a handy and technical property caretaker for our client in Stockholm who is seeking new challenges!

Job Responsibilities:

You will work broadly as a property caretaker for our client in Stockholm and surrounding areas. Your main responsibilities include daily supervision and maintenance, preventive operational and maintenance work, and some corrective maintenance. Both outdoors and indoors.

You ensure that the properties and the area are a safe and functioning environment based on our client's requirements and expectations.

You will receive orders and report in internal computer systems.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and handy. We believe you have several years of experience in property work, but you may also have gained experience through similar tasks that have given you good knowledge of maintenance and care in and around properties.

In addition to your previous work background, we see that you are a social person with a positive attitude towards your profession and are not afraid to pitch in where needed. You enjoy working both independently and with others.

For the job to function well, we also see that you are flexible, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

A security clearance will be conducted before employment.
