In the role of Measurement Manager at Nordion Energi, you will have the opportunity to:

• Utilize your analytical skills – you will work on identifying and understanding deviations in measurement data and develop routines and processes to improve the reliability of the systems.
• Explore your technical curiosity – you will follow technological developments and drive improvements in measurement and gas quality.
• Apply your holistic perspective – you will plan and set requirements for the function, operation, and maintenance of measurement equipment with a focus on lifecycle, quality, and future needs.
• Engage your interest in programming – you will have the opportunity to work with coding and scripts for automation related to measurement data management and system integration.

Your responsibilities As a Measurement Manager, you will have a central role in ensuring the reliability of our gas meters. You will also be responsible for measurement data collection within Nordion Energi's gas business area. You will work both strategically and operationally and contribute to the development of our technical infrastructure. Your role includes, among other things:

• Leading the work regarding equipment and measurement data: analyzing, evaluating, and improving equipment and communication.
• Being responsible for budget, follow-up, and quality assurance related to the performance of measurement equipment.
• Providing technical support in projects, capacity requests, and changes in facilities.
• Setting requirements for IT support and documentation related to measurement and gas quality.

Good to know You will belong to Asset Management, which together with Technical Operations forms a group of 10 people with different areas of responsibility and expertise. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for operations, document management, strategic asset management, technical solutions, gas quality, gas safety, and land law. You will report to David, who is the head of Asset Management and Technical Operations. The position is located in Malmö.

As an employee at Nordion Energi, you may be subject to military placement based on the needs of total defense. Some roles are classified, and Swedish citizenship may therefore be a requirement.

Our expectations We believe that you are a Civil Engineer or have a corresponding technical background, preferably with a focus on energy, automation, measurement technology, or similar. You are motivated by working with complex issues where your curiosity and problem-solving ability come into play, always aiming to create smart, sustainable solutions for future measurements. You are curious, systematic, and do not give up until you find the cause or solution. You enjoy working both strategically and operationally, and you have the ability to see both details and the big picture. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English and have good computer skills.
