We are looking for an accounting economist for a consulting assignment starting immediately and lasting for 4-6 months. The focus of the assignment will be on working with invoicing and payments. You will be part of a larger finance department and an accounts receivable team and report to an accounting manager. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Management and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Troubleshooting incorrect invoices and payment flows
• Ensuring that payments are made correctly and on time
• Working with self-billing and postings
• Posting receipts to the correct accounts
• Managing large volumes and complex flows

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience in accounts receivable and ongoing accounting
• Is confident in postings and accounting principles
• Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and enjoys tackling problems
• Is used to working independently in a fast-paced role 
• Has experience with NetSuite – advantageous, but not a requirement
• Communicates well in Swedish and English
