About the role 

As a store manager at Jack & Jones, you are the heart of the store. You create an environment where both customers and employees feel welcome, inspired, and motivated. Your daily tasks involve building a strong team, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience – every day.

You are not afraid to lead, you thrive in the role of coach and role model, and you know that the store's success starts with a happy and engaged team.

You will have overall responsibility for the store's results, operations, and staff, and report directly to the regional manager, who is also based in Gävle. Are you a leader who can inspire, train, and motivate to create growth?

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for staff, results, and store operations.
• Continuously work with your team to achieve Sweden's best customer experience.
• Inspire, train, and motivate your team to create growth.
• Recruitment.
• Marketing your store, our campaigns through social media.
• Schedule planning.

• Has previously worked as a store manager, team leader, or in another leadership role within retail
• Ideally has experience from a clothing store – this is a merit but not a requirement
• Loves to provide service and is passionate about sales
• Is confident in your leadership and has the ability to inspire and motivate your team
• Has strong business acumen, works goal-oriented, and drives the store's results forward
• Communicates clearly, creates security, and helps people grow
