Cloudgruppen is currently located in the following cities:

As an Account Manager with us, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers and building long-term relationships. The work includes some main areas:

  • Building long-term customer relationships and constantly ensuring that Cloudgruppen meets customer needs
  • Wanting to help strengthen Cloudgruppen's position further in the market
  • Building your own customer portfolio with recurring customers and revenue
  • Booking digital and physical meetings through outgoing calls, where you conduct customer meetings either independently or together with a colleague

The position of Account Manager is a challenging and varied role where you have the opportunity to develop your skills in many different areas, and where your efforts are directly related to Cloudgruppen's success. No day is the same.

As a person, you enjoy challenges and are willing to roll up your sleeves where needed. You are driven by sales and building long-term relationships with others.   • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone with previous experience in B2B sales
  • High school education

Meritorious:

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Phone experience
  • Worked with digital and physical customer meetings
