About us and our workplace

We offer a workplace where you as a district doctor can grow in a doctor-led and patient-centered operation with short decision-making paths and a constant focus on improvement. Here, you will encounter a genuine team spirit and colleagues who help and support each other in everyday life. With us, you will work alongside a group of doctors who not only have broad clinical competence but also hold regional and national assignments in various areas of expertise, providing us with an exciting and educational work environment with high-level knowledge exchange.

We are a fantastic team of specialists with 13 colleagues, including an experienced home care doctor and eight ST doctors. Here, we work closely together and help each other in daily tasks, creating an atmosphere of support, learning, and development. Additionally, we have BT and AT doctors, as well as ST doctors from other specialties, contributing to a dynamic and inspiring environment where you have the chance to grow both personally and professionally.

We have our own BVC, a psychosocial team, and our own rehabilitation coordinator who provides good support in working with sick-listed patients.

Our geographical area – A meaningful and varied work environment

The health center is located in Hägersten, near the subway and the nature of Lake Mälaren. The area is characterized by a mixed population ranging from families with small children to older generations, and a variation in socioeconomic conditions. This provides you as a district doctor with a diverse and meaningful job, where you meet patients with varied health issues and needs – making each day truly unique.

What we offer you

Your tasks include independent patient work with a wide range of diagnoses, and there is also the possibility of remote work and a flexible schedule. Do you want to work at BVC? Qualifications and characteristics

We are looking for you who are a licensed doctor with specialist competence in general medicine. You are engaged, have good collaboration skills, and a professional and empathetic attitude towards patients and colleagues. At our health center, we value employees who, in addition to driving their own work forward, want to contribute to our collective development.

Employment form

The position is a permanent employment on a full-time or part-time basis with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applied.

• in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
