We are looking for someone who:

Is ordained as a deacon in the Church of Sweden.
Has experience in diaconal work and an interest in developing in the field.
Is attentive, creative, and secure in meeting people in various life situations.
Has good collaboration skills but also the ability to work independently.

Experience in working with social vulnerability, mental health, and collaboration with other community actors is an advantage. A B driver's license is desired.

Your responsibilities:

As a deacon in Landskrona Parish, you will, together with the parish's other deacon:

Meet people through pastoral conversations and support.
Drive and further develop activities for socioeconomically vulnerable individuals.
Lead and develop discussion groups and open meeting places that promote community.
Lead volunteer staff.
Collaborate with colleagues and other community actors.
